Well most common that I know of would be a card, silky boxers, cologne & a box of chocolates.
Here are some other ideas too:
*Buy or make a picture frame, put a good photo of you in it signed.
*Make a scrapbook with pics, jokes, poems & quotes.
*Watch, or other male jewlery.
*Hat, or other type of clothing.
